Michelle

Michelle found it hard to find structure and consistency with her nutrition and training because she travelled every week for work.

To help me understand more about her lifestyle she regularly filled out a food diary alongside timings of her meals. We worked together online to create a food plan that worked for her both at home and when she was away.

My unique workout programme of training just 30 minutes, 4 times a week using body weight only exercises meant that she could train anywhere and never had to miss a workout.

Now she was able to find the structure and consistency that she needed to succeed, alongside her hard work and commitment.

Angelina

Angelina is a busy working mother with 3 kids and she needed her programme to fit around her busy lifestyle.

We worked one to one to find a training programme that she could fit in before work and 30 minute at home workouts were ideal to help her build consistency and momentum with her training.

We also spent time looking at her nutrition to find simple, fast and convenient solutions that worked for the whole family.

Nadia (me)

In this picture, as it says, I am 9 months pregnant with twins and as this was also my 3rd pregnancy I really did not know what to expect from my recovery.

With no expectations I started training 4 months after giving birth as this was when I felt ready both mentally and physically. Despite having a high level of fitness pre pregnancy, I treated myself as a complete beginner.

I trained for 30 minutes, at home, 4 times a week and, for my nutrition, I followed a simple set of rules that I had to stick to each day. I found this method didn't take up a lot of time or head space each day so it was easy for me to stay on track without having to worry about doing a food diary.

I kept it simple but stayed focused and consistent 💪

More energy.

Everyone knows about the feel good factor you get after a workout but what if you could train consistently week in week out? How much more energy would you have for all areas of your life? It would be easier to keep up with the kids; travelling for week wouldn't be so tiring, plus you would have more energy for all the things you enjoy!

Less time.

How would you like to get the same results in half the time? This might sound far fetched but when I reduced my own training time and the training time of all my clients from 1hr to 30 minutes there was a marked improvement in results and that comes down to consistency & frequency. Training for less time but more often, keeps you more focused, more consistent and feeling positive.

How it works.

Online training is different to traditional personal training so let me explain what happens when you sign up.

Sign Up

When you sign up you will receive some automated emails that will help you download the app & deal with other admin. I will be in touch within 24 hours to welcome you to the programme and book in your first call. How exciting!

Get started straight away

Whilst I will be doing a bespoke programme for you, there are pre set workouts there to help you get started. These initial workouts are also good way for me to understand where your fitness level is at.

Create a plan

After your first one to one call I will write your programme and we will set out nutritional goals and new habits that I expect you to build over the coming weeks.

Accountability

After you complete a workout, fill in your food diary, tick off a habit or complete your meal plan, it is all automatically updated in the app. This helps you track progress and highlights to me what might be going well and what might need some work.

Tracking progress

Progress is not something we will be guessing is happening. At set times we will review if you are losing weight, getting fitter, forming good habits and feeling healthier.
