Online coaching is different to traditional personal training so let me explain what happens when you sign up.
When you sign up you will receive some automated emails that will help you download the app & deal with other admin. I will be in touch within 24 hours to welcome you to the programme and book in your first call. How exciting!
Whilst I will be doing a bespoke programme for you, there are pre set workouts there to help you get started. These initial workouts are also good way for me to understand where your fitness level is at.
After your first one to one or group call I will write your programme and we will set out nutritional goals and new habits that I expect you to build over the coming weeks.
After you complete a workout, fill in your food diary, tick off a habit or complete your meal plan, it is all automatically updated in the app. This helps you track progress and highlights to me what might be going well and what might need some work.
Progress is not something we will be guessing is happening. At set times we will review if you are losing weight, getting fitter, forming good habits and feeling healthier.
